General terms and conditions

Included services

Bed linen, hand and tea towels
Free Wi-Fi access
Lockable ski depot with ski boot dryer
Lockable bike room with charging station for e-bikes
Private parking place
Free or reduced participation in the “Val Gardena Active” weekly program in summer and winter

Reservation

The reservation is considered binding upon receipt of a prepayment (deposit) and our reservation confirmation.

Payments

Bank transfer. We are unable to accept credit cards.
A tourist tax of 1.45 EUR per person (aged 14 years and over) per night will be added to the rates.

Cancellation policy

In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances and inability to start the vacation, the following conditions apply:
Cancellation free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, a 3 night’s stay will be charged.
As of the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
To protect yourself in case you are forced to postpone your arrival or leave in advance, or to completely cancel your booking due to health concerns or other valid reasons, we suggest our travel cancellation insurance. Click here to book your travel insurance.

Check-in/Check-out

On the day of arrival, the apartment is available starting from 2 p.m.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9 a.m.

Pets

Pets are only allowed upon agreement.

Smoking

Our apartments are smoke-free. We kindly ask you to only smoke on the balcony or in the garden.
